- Preparing and shipping your order:


We prepare your order:

- Same day for orders placed before 12 p.m.

- The next day for orders placed after 12 p.m.

Taking into account working days: Monday to Friday


We ship your order:

- Order validated from Friday 12 p.m. to Monday 12 p.m.: shipping on Monday

- Order validated from Monday 12 p.m. to Wednesday 12 p.m.: shipping on Wednesday

- Order validated from Wednesday 12 p.m. to Friday 12 p.m.: shipping on Friday


After shipment, delivery is made by carrier within 24-48 hours at the latest 72 hours.

You will receive the tracking number of your package by email the same day it is sent.

Packages are delivered against signature.

All our packages are insured.


- Free delivery

Delivery is free for mainland France from 39 euros of purchase (sending by GLS PRO in business only).

- Delivery by MONDIAL RELAY

Sending by MONDIAL RELAY for the following destinations: Metropolitan France, Corsica, Belgium, Luxembourg

Delivery by Mondial Relay is possible:

      - For all products on the site.

      - For all orders from 0 to 300 euros maximum

After paying for your order, you have chosen the carrier “MONDIAL RELAY”:

      - Send us an email specifying the chosen relay point => access the list of your relay points by clicking HERE


      - If you have not chosen a relay point, we will automatically ship your order to the relay point closest to your home


- Transport cost

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order.


We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them, unless you make a change before your order is prepared, i.e. before 12 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken with packages containing fragile products.

Shipping costs are charged based on the weight of the order.

Packages are oversized and protected.


- Return costs

They are your responsibility. If, however, you wish to make an exchange, delivery cannot be free regardless of the amount of your order.


- Damaged packages

Important Notes:

1: If the PACKAGE shows signs of suffering (wet, crushed, torn, etc.), REFUSE THE PACKAGE FOR APPARENT DAMAGE (This note must be entered on the COLISSIMO BL on the DELIVERY SHEET in the presence of the delivery person.)

No returns will be accepted if no mention is made on the Delivery Note.

2: If the package is not delivered to you within the next 7 days, do not hesitate to contact us.

We will carry out follow-up research. THANKS.


Important Notes regarding the delivery of your package:


Please open packages in front of the delivery person.

If the products are damaged, you can accept or refuse the package.

OTHERWISE no complaints can be made after receipt.

2. In the event that the package is not delivered to you

within the next 7 working days, contact us quickly.


3. YOU ARE ABSENT during the first GLS delivery, there are 3 possibilities:

- The driver drops off your package at a relay point (nearest), or with a neighbor

- An appointment is necessary for the 2nd delivery

- Or the driver automatically relives the next day

Delivery times are given for information only and are not contractual.

We are not responsible for any delays that may be caused by carriers and weather conditions.

PS 1: If you request parcel drop-off without signature during your absence, it is at your own risk.

PS 2: If your package is left at a relay point, and if it is not collected within the allotted time (14 days following deposit), or if your package is not delivered due to the recipient's default, it will be returned to us return.

Your order would then be automatically reimbursed for the minority of processing costs (preparation and shipping).
